Nana wasn't going to be able to make it to Brooks' party, so we had our own little celebration at her house.  Brooks didn't know what to think of the cake, but he loved the ive cream cone.
This is a picture of Brooks at the hospital.  We were waiting for his surgery. Brooks has born with only one descended testicle, so we had to have surgery to bring it down.  They made two small incisions, and loaded him up on some pain medicine.  He healed quickly and hardly bruised at all.  He was a trooper.

Kylee lost her first tooth.  The two front teeth on the bottom were already growing in, so you couldn't  really tell she had even lost them.  The tooth fairy was really good to Kylee since it was her first tooth.
Megan Humphrey, Melissa and Emma Flanagan, Kylee, Madison, and I all participated in the Color Run.  It was a blast walking through the color stations and being sprayed with colored powder.  The little girls even laid on the ground and made "color angels".
Me and my grandmother.  Two peas in a pod!

Kylee, Taylor, and Abby after a cheer camp.  Cutest sweetest cheerleader there is!

Shannon made this cute Valentine's gift from Brooks.  I loved it so much, that I keep it hanging in my classroom so I can look at it every day.
Apparently Brooks was hungry.  He couldn't get enough of the cheese balls.

Yes, we've moved again.  I wanted a nice house, and Charlie wanted land.  We compromised and settled for a two-story with 2 acres.  We are still settling in, and with summer here, I am spending a lot of time and money trying to get everything the way I want it.  Although, the money may be a factor in how fast I get to complete all of the visions.
One thing I will never forget about my first year at Shannon was the surprise teacher flash mob we did during the talent show.  My students were not only shocked, but I think a few were a little embarrassed.
I had a hard time adjusting to a new school, new grade level, new team, etc.. but was truly a God send.  I know exactly why I was placed at Shannon.  I'm so thankful I can trust in the Lord.  Natalie is just one of the many reasons I loved this past year.
Kylee and Taylor at the game.  Kylee and the other future cheerleaders got to perform the cheers they learned in camp the week before.  Kylee was a little nervous, but did a great job.
An older picture of Brooks.  We styled his hair with a mohawk.
