My sweet baby boy was 3 months old on the 12th! A bitter sweet day for me! I was so happy to have been able to stay home with Brooks and Kylee for 3 months. On Friday, May 12th, the day Brooks turned 3 months, I had to officially go back to work for the 2011-2012 school year.
He has grown so much! Normally you don't have a 3 month check up, but we took Brooks in just before we left for Orange Beach b/c of a rash. Come to find out, it was eczema. Poor guy is covered in it. The doctors are thinking it could be that he's allergic to a couple things...diapers, (which we've changed) or maybe his formula. Hopefully we will get it figured out!
Brooks is now rolling from his back to his tummy! He's so squirmy he just rolls from back to tummy...and tummy to back! He's still not quite strong enough to hold his head up for a long period of time, but he's working on it.
He is still eating 4 oz and every now and then he will eat 6 oz. He's sleeping through the night too! His first night to do this was on vacation. I was stunned. I love getting a full night's sleep. Although lately, I've been checking on him quite often...making sure he isn't face first in the mattress.
Brooks has also started throwing fits! He loves to be held. I'm thinking it has something to do with his wonderful babysitter, Shannon. She's such a blessing and we looooove her!
All in all, Brooks is one healthy baby boy and we couldn't as for anything more!
