This past summer, Kylee tried out for a club soccer team. She plays with a group of girls that are 7 and 8 years old. Being 5 herself, she is the youngest player on the team. Kylee has grown so much as a soccer player and is doing so well. At first, Kylee was extremely timid and shy. She wasn't really showing her full potential. After a practicing twice a week for an hour and a half and a few scrimmages here and there, Kylee has really stepped out of her shell and started being more aggressive. Sunday, Sting had their first soccer game and Kylee played very well. Because the girls are a lot older than her and have a lot more experience then she does, she normally doesn't get to play too much. However, Kylee had a lot more playing time and was way more aggressive this game. We are so proud of her dedication and determination. I hope she keeps her love for soccer and continues to do welll as she grows older.
